No, Sleeping outside the RV is not permitted. This also includes during the day

Yes, battery-operated vehicles or motor-driven cycles, bikes, scooters, or golf carts are to be driven on concrete surfaces only. We ask that you respect walkers and joggers in the park. Speeding is not allowed.

Absolutely! We pride ourselves as being the most dog friendly RV resort in the Lake Whitney area. We have a policy of no more than 2 pets per site. Also, out of safety for our guest no aggressive breeds are permitted in the park including. (Pitbull, Rottweiler, Chow, Dobermann, Boxer, and Bullmastiff).

No, there is not a minimum stay requirement, with the exception of some peak times and major holidays.

Yes, smoking is not permitted within 100 feet of any building. If you choose to smoke, please do not throw butts on the ground.

Lake Whitney, a picturesque getaway, is conveniently situated just 25 minutes off of highway 35. It is a mere hour and a half drive from Dallas and less than an hour away from Waco.

Yes, visitors are always welcome but they must register at our main office. Registered guests and their visitors are expected to read and adhere to all resort guidelines. All visitors must leave the resort by 10:00pm.

We accept Credit/Debit Cards, Cash or Money Orders. Reservations are guaranteed by Credit Card. Sorry, no checks.

50% Deposit is required when the reservation is booked. Monthly Reservations require an additional $200 Electricity Deposit. Holidays: The full reservation amount must be paid at booking. Holidays include: New Year’s Weekend, Spring Break, Easter Weekend, Memorial Day Weekend, July 4th Weekend, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Weekend and Christmas Weekend*

Pool Hours are from 9:00am-9:00pm (these may change due to weather conditions)

Check-In is at 1:00 PM. NO Check-ins after 7PM.

CHECK-OUT is 12:00PM

Absolutely! We love dogs and pride ourselves as the most dog friendly RV park in the Lake Whitney region. 

Our RV park is located within minutes from Lake Whitney! If you’re looking to launch your boat, there are many boat ramps including: White Bluff Resort Marina which is located 11 minutes away. 

Yes, Lake Whitney is known for stripe bass fishing and has many choices for fishing charters. Here is an article listing some of the fishing charters in the area.
