The Palms at Lake Whitney RV Resort offers 48 spacious 75 ft. long X 25 ft. wide and 67 ft. long X 14 ft. wide full hook-up RV sites with Deluxe 30/50/20 Amp, Electrical, Water and Sewer, Concrete Patio, Wifi, boat storage, and DirecTV. Followings are detailed RV Rates:
- Any rig 10 or more years old must be approved by management prior to arrival.
Please send pictures to info@thepalmsatlakewhitney.com - We reserve the right to refuse service to any rig based on appearance and|or condition.
- No tent camping or FEMA rigs. All rigs must be fully self-contained.
- Maximum of 2 pets.
- There is always a LIMIT of 6 people per site, including visitors.
- All RV rates are based on full-term stays, paid in advance, and cannot be prorated.
Reservation Deposit
All reservations require a 50% deposit at time of reservation and balance is due on or before arrival date.
Daily Rates
- $60.00 for 1 or 2 persons
- $3.00 for each additional person 5 and older
- Two persons maximum occupancy for individuals
- Six persons maximum occupancy for families
- 10% discount for Seniors (65+)
- 10% discount for active duty or retired US military
Weekly Rates
Weekly rates include water, sewer, 20|30|50 amp electric, DirecTV & Wi-Fi
- $250.00 for 1 or 2 persons
- $20.00 for each additional person 5 and older
- Two persons maximum occupancy for individuals
- Six persons maximum occupancy for families
- 10% discount for Seniors (65+)
- 10% discount for active duty or retired US military
Monthly (Extended Stay) Rates
Monthly rates include water, sewer, DirecTV & Wi-Fi
- $500 plus electricity
- A $200 electricity deposit is required for all monthly reservations.
- Metered electricity is charged at the prevailing rate for actual usage.
- Monthly rates are for 1 or 2 persons.
- $50.00 for each additional person 5 and older
- Two persons maximum occupancy for individuals.
- Four persons maximum occupancy for families.
- 10% discount for Seniors (65+)
- 10% discount for active duty or retired US military
